Wow!  This session was a hard edit…how do you narrow down when you have such an adorable couple?!?  Amy and Matt came in town for their engagement session last week and we had so much fun breaking in Amy’s heels while we hiked downtown.  Matt got to wear his signature color…white…and I tried really hard to keep it clean. (I am glad it wasn’t ME laying on those gross sidewalks )  As a photographer, it’s always fun to try out a new location, so we tried a few spots I haven’t done in a while.

They are such a fun loving couple and I am really looking forward to their Villa Antonia wedding in November.  I couldn’t pick just a few photographs, so there are many for your viewing pleasure!

Laura and Marshall had a  beautiful wedding at the Four Seasons in Austin, Texas.  Their ceremony was outdoors on the shores of Lady Bird Lake, and the reception continued indoors to dance the night away.  I loved her colors (although I am partial to green..same colors as my wedding).

Laura was glowing…she just couldn’t stop smiling!  I think the shot of the groom seeing her walk down the isle may be my favorite “groom’s face” shot ever…can’t you just FEEL the lump in his throat??  I love it!

Callie and Randy had a beautiful summer wedding at the Barr Mansion in Austin, Texas.  I just love the natural, relaxed feel that this venue offers…not to mention their food is amazing (everything is organic and much is provided from local vendors).  Barr Mansion was also ranked as Austin’s Top Wedding venue on City Spur .

This couple is so adorable together and their wedding really reflected their love for each other.  I was honored to be their photographer…

I love a great deal!!  ESPECIALLY when it comes to children’s clothing. (I find it so much more satisfying to dress my kids well, than to get depressed trying on clothes myself.)

So I wanted to share this great event going on in Round Rock this weekend…the Fairytale Threads consignment sale!  No I am not affiliated with them, but I just got back from the pre-sale and I made out like a bandit!  Everything at the sale is for this season and only new or prefect condition items are sold.  Name brands like Biscotti, Polo, GAP, Gymboree, Baby Lulu, Cach Cach…it’s a great place to find new or gently used fall fashions, holiday outfits, toys, baby items, etc.

And for a photography plug, it’s a great place to find a “wear once” splurge photo session outfit without breaking the bank.

Sharla and Anthony had a great day for their Villa Antonia wedding.  They were such a fun group to work with…especially their son, Mr. C.  That kid is hilarious and boy, can  he can DANCE!  He was making me laugh all night long.  He may have a modeling career in his future with the way he can work it for the camera.  Here is some of the photographs from the wedding.

The rain didn’t spoil Stacy and Tyler’s wedding at the gorgeous Villa Antonia in hills outside of Austin, Texas!  Although the ceremony was a little wet, the huge rainbow that appeared during the vows could not have been more picture perfect!  It was perfect for photographs!  Here are a few photographs from their beautiful wedding.

YEAH!!  Brittany just called me and her wedding is going to be published in the 2010 Austin Wedding Day Magazine!  Congratulations!

She and Brad had a gorgeous wedding at the Vineyard at Florence back in May, and I am so excited that we made it in the magazine.  Check out more of her wedding photography in the June archives.

Miss H came in for her 6 month (or a little later ) baby portrait session.  I did her mommy and daddy’s wedding a few years ago and soon, they will be a family of 4!  Miss H is a great model…she is always so happy every time we do a portrait session!  Can’t wait to meet her little brother or sister!

The C Family’s grandkids have never had a professional portrait taken together!  We had so much fun on this shoot…they wore me out!  But aren’t they ADORABLE?  It’s so hard to narrow down favorites when they are ALL good!  Grandma S can’t wait for the viewing session, so here are a few sneak peaks to tide you over until next week.  Enjoy!
