Focal Point Photographics began in 2001 when I shot my first wedding. Since then, my company has grown to be a full circle portrait studio shooting weddings, babies, children, family, high school seniors and weddings again. I love it all! I believe everyone should have a beautiful family history recorded in photographs and I love helping to tell the stories.
I met the love of my life, Blake, on a photo shoot as luck would have it and we were married in 2005. We had our first Angel Baby in November 2006 and our second Angel Baby in August 2008. They are my 3 cheerleaders and biggest fans.
I shot J&A’s wedding photography (and related portrait sessions) in Austin, Texas several years ago and now I get to photograph portraits for Baby S! She is all smiles and oh-so-cute. And what about those eyes…watch out Mom and Dad!
The Plantation House (in Pflugerville, Texas) is up there with one of my favorite venues to shoot at. Great place for a wedding with “southern charm”. E and T’s wedding was just that. Here are a few of my favorite wedding photographs from their day. Congratulations you two!
L and S did their engagement portraits at the Four Seasons here in Austin, Texas. We wrapped up the portrait session in the Downtown Warehouse District. What a sweet couple…they compliment each other so well. Can’t wait for their October wedding at the Plantation House!
I love Miss N’s wispy blond hair! She is such a doll every time I photographer her and her mommy and I always have fun coming up with new ideas. I have been doing portraits of this little one since she was a newborn. She is probably one of my most cooperative child clients, since she will wear any costume or prop we give her!
I have been photographing Miss S since she was still in the womb. Her mom and Dad did maternity portraits and have come back to document baby’s first year. It’s hard to believe she is already ONE! I loved her hat (from ETSY)…great touch. It was the perfect addition for our downtown Georgetown location. Happy Birthday, S!
